Role Overview
Troubleshooting our technical equipment (hematology and biochemistry)
Assisting veterinarians with the operation of blood analyzers
Proactively contributing to the team
Discussing and resolving technical issues with customers
Building and maintaining customer relationships and trust
Contributing to optimal customer care
Handling new analyzers
Requirements
Customer-focused with experience in customer support
Strong service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Affinity for technology and biotech devices
Calm and creative, combining these traits with a high degree of accuracy and analytical thinking
Motivated and enjoys working in a large team
Working and thinking style characterized by creativity, empathy, and great attention to detail
