Support the Regional sales department by managing, tracking, and qualifying sales leads
Oversee the intake and distribution of incoming leads ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation
Review, assess, and qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet the necessary standards
Review and respond to client and third-party requests
Initiate communications and follow-up requirements to clients and appropriate parties to request or verify information
Audit and update policy information on the broker management system to ensure accuracy
Maintain and update the Broker Management System with accurate lead data
Pre-qualify risks, obtain necessary information to finalize sales, and follow up on expiry dates
Process and distribute online quotes
Respond to telephone inquiries and written requests from both internal and external stakeholders
Identify opportunities for improving the lead qualification process, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall efficiency
Provide quality service while adhering to customer service standards

A secondary school diploma
A Broker license is an asset
A minimum of one year’s experience in an office environment
A minimum of one year’s experience in the insurance industry or a related field
Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Superior time management, project management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and experience with EPIC
The ability to communicate in French and English is an asset
