Create, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar digital advertising platforms
Monitor budget against performance metrics
Assist with audience targeting and creative testing
Contribute to SEO, AEO and broader digital growth initiatives
Maintain campaign tracking standards, including UTM tagging and attribution accuracy
Support marketing automation efforts
Assist with CRM data management and automation initiatives
Support integrations between marketing platforms and third-party systems
Assist with Google Tag Manager updates and performance monitoring
Participate in testing, quality assurance, and optimization of websites and backend marketing systems
Collaborate with web and UX teams to improve site performance and conversion rates
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics

At least 18 years of age
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar paid media platforms
1–3 years of experience or internship experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field
Proficient in GA4 analytics, marketing metrics, and digital tracking
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
