Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with existing real estate agents, brokerages, and key referral partners.
Develop targeted territory plans using CRM insights, production trends, and market analytics to prioritize the highest-value opportunities.
Expand strategic brokerage partnerships and increase penetration within assigned offices and teams through consistent in-person and virtual engagement.
Maintain exceptional organization and responsiveness, consistently meeting client needs and demonstrating a proactive, accessible approach to communication.
Effectively manage a defined territory, including planning and executing meetings, route optimization, office drop-ins, and maximizing productive time in the field.
Drive proactive business development within the real estate channel by identifying high-value brokerage opportunities, expanding partner relationships, and securing new accounts that increase Cinch’s market presence and long-term growth.
Analyze existing accounts to identify opportunities for retention, growth, and deeper engagement, implementing strategies that drive measurable results.
Deliver confident, engaging office presentations, sales meetings, CE-style trainings, and lunch & learns (in-person and virtual), demonstrating a deep understanding of the realtor experience while reading the audience, adapting in real time, and translating agent needs into clear, compelling messaging that communicates the value of Cinch home warranty products.
Coach agents on positioning warranties in listings, buyer consultations, and negotiations; help select plans aligned to client needs.
Increase brand visibility through association events, expos, trade shows, sponsorships, open houses, mixers, and office drop-bys.
Serve as the primary liaison between agents/homeowners and Cinch’s internal teams (Membership Services, Claims/Escalations).
Requirements
3–5+ years in field sales, account management, or business development (real estate industry or adjacent: mortgage, title, escrow, home services preferred).
Proven track record of territory growth, new business acquisition, and relationship building.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills; able to read a room and adapt in real time for groups of any size.
Consultative, problem-solving approach with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage escalations professionally.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven territory planning.
Valid driver’s license: ability to travel extensively within territory and attend occasional evening/weekend events.
Experience working with home warranties or familiarity with real estate contracts and transaction timelines (nice-to-have).
