About this role
Role Overview
Lead the technical service role for the OEM customers in Farm Equipment’s & Construction Equipment’s segment.
Develop sustainable relationships at different levels of OEM customer.
Implement/monitor/coordinate OEM related projects.
Conduct trials and establish new products with Technology team assistance.
Handle troubleshooting activities related to product & colors through technical team.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering/Paint Technology/PG in Chemistry.
5-7 years of relevant coatings industry experience
Knowledge of paint formulation and application processes
Experience in a multi-cultural and global environment
Proficiency in MS Office, experience using SalesForce.com a plus
