About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the technical service role for the OEM customers in Farm Equipment’s & Construction Equipment’s segment.
- Develop sustainable relationships at different levels of OEM customer.
- Implement/monitor/coordinate OEM related projects.
- Conduct trials and establish new products with Technology team assistance.
- Handle troubleshooting activities related to product & colors through technical team.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering/Paint Technology/PG in Chemistry.
- 5-7 years of relevant coatings industry experience
- Knowledge of paint formulation and application processes
- Experience in a multi-cultural and global environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, experience using SalesForce.com a plus
