About this role
Role Overview
Provide support and follow-up to business centre managers and all other managers with agendas, calls, email and mail.
Coordinate the delivery of a variety of files to the management and coordinating committees.
Organize and attend a variety of meetings, such as management committee meetings.
Record the proceedings and minutes and perform follow-ups as necessary.
Help plan the logistics for a variety of events including team and committee meetings, training seminars, phone conferences, travel and PR activities.
Support internal and external communications initiatives for the business centre.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks associated with internal management.
Requirements
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Communicates effectively
Plans and aligns
