Role Overview
- Advise members and clients on optimal strategies and collaborate with them to define expected outcomes
- Manage business relationships, evaluate member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and identify areas for improvement
- Keep up to date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your area
- Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Mutual Fund Representative certification — Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)
- Knowledge of French is required
- Willingness to travel to the Caisse Desjardins de Mékinac-Des Chenaux service centers
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
