Work with the senior advisor to develop project objectives and research innovative trends and concepts in experiential marketing.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and storytelling, while validating their budgetary, technical and operational feasibility.
Develop project plans (timelines, milestones, high-level budget breakdowns) and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Plan on-the-ground resources (ambassadors, hosts), support the selection process and ensure quality deliverables and superb execution.
Contribute to post-project follow-up, including data collection, debrief meetings, reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Availability for occasional travel on weeknights and weekends (about 10% of the time) to cover certain events across Quebec, depending on the assignment
