About this role
Role Overview
Case release: You review and release cases in the Hospital Information System (HIS) after completion of the medical review. You ensure that all review steps are complete and correct.
Daily system work: You regularly retrieve the current processing lists for each client, log in to the respective client systems and work through the cases conscientiously.
Documentation: You record each release immediately in the HIS by changing the case status — this ensures it is always clear which case was processed.
Identifying anomalies: You report technical or procedural anomalies — for example, missing lists or technical issues during the release process — directly to the responsible contacts. (No medical assessment of content.)
Care & traceability: You understand that a few clicks can have major consequences. Precision, patience and a structured working method are therefore essential.
Requirements
You are enrolled at university, ideally in a degree program related to healthcare, business, administration, medicine, IT or a comparable field.
You work with exceptional care and accuracy — no detail escapes you.
You bring basic technical understanding (e.g., file management, Excel).
You communicate clearly and responsibly, especially when you notice technical or organizational anomalies.
You document diligently and maintain an overview even when performing routine tasks.
You are reliable and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
You have German language skills at least at C1 level, both written and spoken.
Initial experience in healthcare, process work or a data/IT environment is a plus but not required.
Benefits
A job that matters: Your work helps hospitals bill services accurately and on time — an important contribution to the healthcare system.
Opportunities to grow: We tackle complex challenges every day. Good ideas are heard and implemented.
Not just a cog in the machine: With us you take on responsibility from day one and see the impact of your work directly.
Remote with a personal touch: Work flexibly from anywhere — in a team that, despite a remote structure, values personal interaction.
