About this role
Role Overview
- Assist with processes and procedures associated with managing IST operational activities
- Support Industry Specialist Teams within the organization
- Manage IST member applications and logistics
- Coordinate national industry trade association and conference sponsorships
- Develop and maintain standardized IST membership and advisory council agendas
- Serve as the liaison to Marketing for communications and materials
- Assist with internal communications and external sales engagement campaigns
Requirements
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to interact with leaders effectively across the organization
- Demonstrated administrative computing skills, including Microsoft Office (MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to travel to client offices and events as needed
- Knowledge of risk management or insurance industry is preferred
- Proficiency in web content management systems and video editing software preferred
