Serve as the primary point of contact for employees in the Aube and Haute-Marne departments and respond to their inquiries
Manage the administrative follow-up of personnel management (contracts, absences, medical visits, social declarations, etc.)
Handle relations with statutory bodies and health organizations for various declarations and procedures (company health insurance, employee benefits, occupational health service, MSA, etc.)
Process administrative correspondence (resignations, certificates, disciplinary measures, dismissal procedures, etc.)
Collect, record and forward payroll variables to the payroll administrator (HRIS tool)
Organize the onboarding of new employees
Work in tandem with the HR administrator for Ardennes-Marne
Support the HR project officer on their areas of responsibility: recruitment, workforce planning (GPEC)
Assist the HR manager
Requirements
Minimum education: BTS, DUT or professional bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Knowledge of employment law/social legislation
Proficient with the Windows environment (Word, Excel)
Rigorous, pragmatic and curious about HR work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous professional experience in Human Resources is desirable
Experience with an HR management software (HR Access) is a plus
