Enhances Flexcon’s position within assigned accounts and territory by interacting and developing strong positive relationships.
Prospect within geographic territory to develop new accounts and/or prospects to increase revenue and margin.
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing business relationships as an effective liaison between customer and Flexcon internal.
Drive revenue growth to achieve and exceed targets through current customers and new business.
Target new and developing accounts for revenue expansion.
Provide leadership on growth opportunities between customers and Flexcon.
Prepare meeting agendas for strategic account sales calls.
Actively manage customer and opportunities through CRM platform (Sales Force).

Bachelors’ degree preferred or relevant experience.
3-5 years industry field experience preferred.
3-5 years of Pressure Sensitive Films and Adhesives sales to Convertors, a plus.
Salesforce experience preferred.
