Role Overview
- Provide support to the sales team in administrative tasks
- Process orders via email or phone
- Monitor client activity and contact clients as needed
- Work with internal customers to support technical information needs
- Assist with arranging Medical Education appointments and determining lab sample requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of service experience with proven successes or related management experience
- Comfortable working with internal colleagues and physicians
- Outstanding communication skills
- High level of creativity and positive energy
- Familiarity with computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM (Salesforce.com)
