Director of Risk and Safety – EHS, Safety & Compliance

Role Overview

• Provides safety leadership and regulatory oversight across Country Meadows’ 10 communities throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania and one community in Maryland
• Coordinates safety programs, emergency preparedness initiatives, OSHA compliance, and regulatory oversight
• Develops, implements, and maintains company safety programs, policies, and annual safety objectives supporting operations across all communities
• Monitors OSHA, NFPA, and other federal, state, and local safety regulations and communicates updates to communities and Home Office teams
• Conducts safety audits and mock OSHA inspections to ensure compliance with company safety programs and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Risk Management, Occupational Health, or a related field preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in safety management, risk management, regulatory compliance, or a related field
• Experience supporting safety programs across multiple locations or departments is strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
• Ability to travel regularly to company communities and Home Office
• Ability to work effectively with regulatory agencies, consultants, and external partners.
