Reporting to the Commercial/Sales Department, the Market Manager implements the company’s commercial policy across their geographic area and scope (market types, products and customer segments).
Actively contributes to achieving volume targets and developing the Bacardi Martini France brands by ensuring their presence, visibility and recommendation among target customer groups.
Analyze and manage the market.
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the market, the territory and its two customer universes (targeted establishments and Cash & Carry).
Monitor market developments (openings, consumption trends, footfall, etc.) in order to provide recommendations to regional and national teams.
For targeted establishments (on-trade/CHR): analyze and qualify the target customer base to update the client database (structure, potential, positioning/image, actions carried out).
Develop product distribution in Cash & Carry by negotiating listings and ensuring in-field presence.
Achieve volume targets while respecting commercial policy and allocated budgets.
Maximize visibility of the Bacardi Martini France brands: negotiate facings, ensure back-bar presence, and implement permanent POS displays at strategic locations.
Increase product recommendation among owners and bartenders through tastings, events, incentives and promotional activities.
For Cash & Carry accounts: deploy and optimize the negotiated Commercial Action Plan at central level. Apply and reinforce Bacardi Martini France merchandising policy (tactical in-store merchandising, negotiations for replanogramming).
Identify, plan and run in-store commercial operations and shelf activities.
Requirements
Commercial/business qualification equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+4 (e.g., BTS, DUT, Business School).
First successful experience or significant internships in selling products to CHR/CHD channels.
Strong affinity with the cafés, hotels and restaurants universe (on-trade).
Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.
