About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair
- Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products at customer sites
- Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems
- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising on preventive maintenance and configurations
- Delivers fully integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, and applications software
- Serves as an internal resource on technical issues and manages product escalations
- Collaborates with internal Agilent teams to provide solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
- Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required
- Typically, at least 3+ years relevant experience
- Knowledge of third-party products may be beneficial
