Role Overview
- Perform scheduled maintenance visits at customer locations
- Conduct visual and functional inspections of our systems according to checklists
- Replace standard components (e.g., switches, housing parts, antennas)
- Document completed work
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
- Collaborate closely with the service team for technical inquiries or escalations
Requirements
- Completed training in a technical or trade field (e.g., electronics technician, mechatronics technician, plant mechanic, automotive technician, or similar) or equivalent professional experience
- Manual dexterity and enjoyment of structured work
- Reliable and independent working style
- Friendly demeanor and customer-oriented communication
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Good English skills in speaking and writing (for technical documentation and team communication). German skills are desirable but not required – we support language acquisition
