As our Brand Storyteller & Content Lead, you will be the creative voice of our marketing team.
You’ll own the execution of AllOne Health’s storytelling—from blogs, newsletters, and campaigns to social media, PR, and sales collateral.
You’ll turn clinical insights and real human stories into content that educates, engages, and drives results.
You will manage our editorial operations, coordinate with our internal teams, and serve as the final quality-control layer for everything we publish.
Your work will help grow our audience, spark the conversations that matter, and show the world what modern EAP and workplace well-being can be.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in content, marketing, B2B communications or related field
EAP, benefits, healthcare, mental health preferred but not required
Strong Editorial Eye: You believe in content that connects, and you have a high bar for quality. You can take a rough draft—whether it’s a set of clinical notes or an AI-generated outline—and refine it into clear, professional, and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Platform & AI Proficiency: You’re comfortable with HubSpot, WordPress, and using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as a creative partner – or at least willing to learn and dive in.
Content Impact: You understand how content drives growth—from social engagement to ranking in search/AI discovery.
