Role Overview

• Overseeing customer service for Affiliates and The Kendal Corporation’s Leadership Team.
• Creating engaging content for branded assets including Kendal.org and Kendal Net.
• Collaborating with external vendors and team members to ensure high-quality work.
• Using tools such as Monday and the Marketing Portal to manage support requests.
• Partnering with Sales and Marketing Operations Director to ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or marketing-related field
• 5-7 years of experience in account management or content creation position.
• Knowledge of the senior living or health care services field is a plus
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
