Creative Marketing Strategist

Role Overview

• Create engaging content for branded assets
• Oversee customer service for Affiliates and The Kendal Corporation’s Leadership Team
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality work
• Manage support requests using Monday and the Marketing Portal
• Develop print and digital marketing assets
• Coordinate with the Kendal Net Task Force to manage internal communications
• Boost Kendal's social media presence through regular Affiliate postings
• Coordinate with public relations agency for digital distribution of Annual Report

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or marketing-related field
• 5-7 years of experience in account management or content creation position
• Knowledge of the senior living or health care services field is a plus
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
