Support the growth and strategic initiatives of the Marketing Analyst.
Work in partnership with Affiliates to provide ongoing strategic support for sales and marketing efforts.
Build tools, dashboards, and playbooks to implement sales strategies.
Lead the Website committee, working alongside external vendor, Sage Age, to oversee Kendal.org.
Work in partnership with the Creative Marketing Strategist to create shared marketing toolkits, templates, digital assets, and resource libraries.

A bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in marketing and sales specifically for senior living communities.
A solid understanding of website management, marketing technology, and digital performance analytics.
Proficiency in marketing and sales management systems, including CRM, MAP, website tools, and lead tracking systems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
