Role Overview
Managing the end-to-end delivery of client engagement projects.
Leading Professional Services delivery and sales efforts within target markets.
Driving successful outcomes for customers.
Supporting presales services activities and solution implementation.
Creating and managing existing fixed services offerings.
Resolving routine client requests and managing overall customer satisfaction and escalations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
5-10 years experience managing Professional Services teams.
Experience with major technology, network, and security vendors and their products.
Experience with creating and successfully implementing new customer success services.
Experience with working with sales teams to sell customer success services.
Excellent communicator and experience working with senior level executives and decision makers; both within customer organizations and internal team.
Must be able to demonstrate strong presentation skills.
