Role Overview
- Handle inbound customer inquiries primarily via telephone support, ensuring a professional and service-oriented customer experience
- Support customers with internet and landline services, including billing, basic technical queries, and package information
- Provide clear solutions and guidance to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Manage and update cases across internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.
Requirements
- Native / fluent in German (C1 minimum) both verbal and written.
- English is a bonus but not compulsory
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-based environment
- Basic IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
