Role Overview

• Reach out to candidates via phone and perform initial screenings
• Keep candidate data updated in online systems
• Record and track information in Excel spreadsheets
• Manage Outlook emails and schedules efficiently
• Assist with administrative duties for the recruitment team
• Handle incoming calls and take clear messages

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in recruitment or administrative roles
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
• Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and data management
• Organised, reliable, and self-driven
• Able to hit targets consistently
• Own laptop and dependable internet
