About this role
Role Overview
Develop and implement a comprehensive pharmacist recruitment strategy
Manage the full cycle recruitment process
Develop strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues
Strategize with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs
Create and execute on a recruitment strategy with the internal customer
Manage a high volume of candidates while maintaining a positive candidate experience
Demonstrate specialty in pharmacist recruitment
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience
Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Kenexa, Taleo
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes within state and out of state
Experience with high volume full-life cycle recruiting
Innovative sourcing methods and experience in creatively finding new candidates
Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience may substitute
