About this role
Role Overview
Lead TA across Asia in support of regional growth priorities
Lead and deliver senior, complex, and niche recruitment across the Asia region
Own market-specific TA strategies across diverse labour markets and regulatory environments
Set consistent TA governance, standards, and decision quality across multiple countries
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Asia TA team, building capability, consistency, and confidence across markets
Strengthen TA capability through role clarity, coaching, and continuous improvement rather than team size growth
Design and execute market-specific talent strategies aligned with local labour markets, regulations, and business priorities
Lead senior, complex, and niche hiring across the Asia region, partnering closely with senior business leaders
Optimize policies and processes to ensure consistent governance, compliance, scalability, and an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
Advise senior leaders and partner across functions and regions to deliver integrated, long-term talent solutions
Anticipate business needs and design solutions that navigate complexity and unlock opportunities
Contribute to strategic planning by aligning TA priorities with organizational objectives and future workforce needs
Enable hiring managers through training on interviewing, candidate assessment, inclusive hiring, and data-driven decision-making
Use data-driven insights to inform strategy, measure outcomes, and continuously improve TA performance
Promote inclusive recruitment and support programs that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across Asia
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience leading teams through transformational change in TA across country and/or regional contexts
Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments
Strong TA systems expertise (Oracle Cloud Recruiter is an advantage) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter capability
Demonstrated strategic sourcing and non-traditional pipeline development experience
