About this role

Lead approximately 13 dialysis centers and 200 teammates
Provide oversight of operations with complete accountability for approximately $30-$50MM P&L
Provide strategic and tactical leadership to field management
Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities
Monitor division performance and competitive strategies
Address top growth priorities and patient census
Develop and execute strategic operating plans for assigned facilities
Manage financial and revenue growth within assigned division facilities
Maintain awareness of competition and assess related SWOT

Leadership for a multi-site operational business
Experience leading a unified team
Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)
