Role Overview
- Provide Strategic Business Partnership consulting
- Identify risks to the delivery of business strategy
- Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders
- Lead the People and Organization team
- Support the Industrial Relations
- Be accountable for the delivery of talent management global strategy into the Italian market
- Support engagement and cultural health of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economy or humanistic-related field
- At least 6+ years of proven working experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of all key People skill areas (HR business partner, Talent Management, Industrial relations, Organization & Development)
- Experience in managing and leading direct reports
- Good knowledge of employment legislation and exposure to industrial relations
- Global collaboration/matrix experience
- Experience in Media or Retail fields highly preferred
- Passion for People strategy and Company Culture
- Italian (Native) and fluent English (C1)
