About this role
Role Overview
Build and strengthen relationships with customers through on-site visits, needs assessments, and consultative selling.
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets.
Manage existing accounts to ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Present Majestic’s products and value-added services to educate and influence purchasing decisions.
Analyze account performance and develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, procurement, and customer service—to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer documentation.
Represent Majestic at trade shows, product seminars, and industry events while staying informed on steel market trends and competitive activity.
Requirements
Minimum four (4) years of consultative sales experience, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Two (2) years of outside sales experience in steel, metal, or related industry.
Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
