About this role

Provide leadership, direction, and capability for Fiserv DNA releases focused on stability, automation, product development, and systems implementation initiatives
Lead and manage complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders
Review, analyze, and track various milestones throughout the release lifecycle related to DNA core platform
Collaborate with operations, development, automation, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Maintain program documentation and dashboards
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
Generate and present regular reports on program status, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership

10+ years of experience in information technology program experience across cross-functional teams
5+ years of experience with tools such as JIRA, Power BI, and MS Project
5+ years of experience in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and release management process
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
