Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights and identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers using structured analytical methods
Design, maintain, and improve new and existing workflows and business processes to increase efficiency
Build and maintain automated reports and Power BI dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders, detailing operational scorecards and overall program progress
Create automated and robust data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, and combining data sources
Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking
Requirements
5-8 years of relevant industry experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Advanced skills in Power BI development, Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas, etc.) and Power Query required
Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Process-oriented thinking with a focus on continuous improvement
Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
