4–6 years of in-house recruiting experience at hyper-growth tech companies
Proven ability to identify outstanding tech talent and hire with diversity in mind
Strong instinct for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes
Sharp interview skills with the ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
Ability to work in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment
