Role Overview
- Responsible for the targeted development and expansion of customer relationships
- Identification of strategic needs and new projects
- Management of the entire sales cycle from first contact through to closing
- Collaboration with technical teams
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in account management
- Experience selling IT services and custom software solutions
- Strong understanding of technical topics
- Very good German skills (minimum C1 level)
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Ability to engage with contacts across different departments and levels of hierarchy
