Own the company's financial planning cycle: annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting, and revenue, cost, and margin projections at the client level
Manage the full billing process: from contract review and billing model setup to invoice issuance, accounts receivable tracking, and payment reconciliation
Manage payroll and contractor payments: consolidate timesheets, calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, and contractor fees, and execute payment runs
Lead the monthly financial close and prepare core reporting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, KPI dashboards, and budget vs. actual variance analysis
Collaborate with accountants to ensure tax reporting accuracy and legal financial compliance
Maintain financial systems and operations: administer QuickBooks / TOConline, manage bank accounts, and keep finance processes documented and up to date.
Requirements
3+ years in a finance role covering both operational and analytical responsibilities
Strong command of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Hands-on experience with AR/AP, invoicing, payroll, and contractor payments
Experience with project-level financial management, ideally in an IT services or agency context
Comfortable working with accounting systems (QuickBooks, TOConline, or similar)
Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
English B2+
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
