Role Overview
- will have assigned book of business
- works proactively to maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts
- may lead client meetings for accounts assigned to them
- manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish
- communicates directly with clients and carriers
- creates and maintains client files
- responsible for keeping client policy records in the agency management system
- negotiate submissions directly
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- typically more than seven years of Commercial Lines and industry experience
- demonstrated experience negotiating submissions
- keen ability to understand and assess policy forms and endorsements
- proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- CRM experience required
- EPIC experience highly desired
- must demonstrate strong business writing skills through relevant work and knowledge assessments
