About this role
Role Overview
- Serve as one of the primary contacts for Tru-D customers
- Work with Regional Sales Manager to align and communicate customer needs
- Drive success of customer disinfection programs
- Build relationships with Tru-D operators and managers
- Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Identify, manage, mitigate and escalate service issues
- Provide training on Tru-D device operation and software
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor client performance using internal software tools and reports
- Support implementation of new and add-on devices
- Assist in sales presentations, demos, and trade shows
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com
Requirements
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Healthcare and the Healthcare Environment preferred
- Customer Service experience required
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of salesforce.com preferred
- Reliable for efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask
