About this role
Role Overview
Establish, grow, and maintain a strong presence within the assigned sales region
Build and maintain strong customer relationships fostering sales and growth in the region
Identify and pursue new customer leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Present proposals, negotiate agreements, and close sales deals to grow new business
Maintain relationships with assigned accounts and identify opportunities for expanding existing retailers
Requirements
5 to 7 years’ sales experience in channel sales management in the Access Control space
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated successful sales skills core competencies
Exceptional negotiation, motivational, relationship-building, and client service skills
Intermediate to advanced experience in sales reporting utilizing CRM and MS Office applications required
Experience with MS Dynamics or another ERP system a plus
