Proactively identify and capture expansion opportunities within your existing portfolio to drive incremental revenue and increase market share.
Lead cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Credit & Leasing, Legal, and Operations to resolve bottlenecks and ensure seamless project execution.
Build deep relationships across complex Health Club organizations by independently identifying and engaging new influencers and decision-makers.
Maintain a rigorous, self-directed cadence within Salesforce and CLM, providing leadership with accurate revenue forecasting and market insights.
Resolve delivery or installation hurdles independently to ensure a successful final mile for every order.
Demonstrate the business acumen and initiative required to transition into a Strategic Account Management role within the organization.
Requirements
4+ years experience in Account Management or Sales, with a proven track record of expanding existing partnerships
Entrepreneurial Drive: You treat your assigned accounts like your own business.
Consultative Approach: Ability to move beyond tactical execution to become a trusted advisor.
