About this role
Role Overview
You actively shape the digital future of the energy industry as a Senior Consultant for contract account ledger.
You take full responsibility for subprojects and projects at our clients — from requirements analysis through implementation to the overall coordination of all topics related to the contract account ledger.
Design and configuration of SAP FI-CA within S/4 transformation projects (brownfield & greenfield).
Analysis and optimization of payment processes as well as the introduction of traditional and digital payment methods (e.g. PayPal).
Optimization of dunning processes and introduction of new procedures to improve receivables collection times in the residential and commercial customer segments using SAP Collection Management.
Development of posting logic for SAP standard billing solutions in S/4 Utilities as well as for new billing solutions based on SAP Convergent Invoicing.
Integration of financial flows between subledger (SAP FI-CA), general ledger (SAP FI-GL) and Controlling (SAP FI-CO) across different SAP system landscapes.
Analysis and optimization of invoicing, payment and blocking processes between market roles and their implementation in SAP S/4 Utilities.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of the regulatory framework in the energy industry — in particular GPKE, GeLi Gas and WiM
At least 2 years of experience in projects focused on contract account ledger (FI-CA)
Experience with SAP for Utilities, especially the FI-CA module — both from a functional and a technical perspective
A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Very good German and good English skills
