Manage end-to-end customer invoicing (issuance, verification, monitoring of receipts) in a multi-currency environment
Maintain accounts receivable (reconciliation/matching, payment reminders/dunning, managing due dates and simple credit notes)
Process supplier invoices and expense reports, verifying account allocations and VAT rates
Assist with supplier payments and monitor payment deadlines
Organize and triage incoming Finance inbox items (invoices, internal requests, payment proofs, follow-ups)
Contribute to financial monitoring and monthly closings (reporting, currency checks, variance analysis)

Currently studying accounting, finance or management (BTS, DCG, DSCG or equivalent)
Strong Excel skills
Rigour, organization and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize
Comfortable with numbers and structured environments
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
Team player with a service-oriented mindset
Professional level of English (written at minimum)
