About this role
Role Overview
Acquire new customers and persuade them during demo calls
Serve as the primary contact for telephone outreach, appointment scheduling, and product demonstrations
Clearly communicate our product portfolio to customers
Build business relationships and understand customers' recruiting challenges
Collaborate with the marketing team and maintain customer data in Salesforce
Requirements
Several years of experience in telesales, ideally in HR or recruiting
Convincing, expert personality (m/f/d) who can engage with our customers on an equal footing
Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
Passion for technologies and tools
Ability to tailor communication to individual customers
Flexibility in the fast-changing digital HR tech landscape
Motivation for personal and professional development
