Billing & Collections Associate

Role Overview

• Responsible for applying routine cash receipts to insurance balances receivable
• Responsible for all billing and collection activity of receivables for assigned accounts
• Balances and allocates agent payments for fundamental accounts
• Resolves internal and external customer inquiries and escalates to management as appropriate
• Takes necessary steps to reconcile and resolve differences
• Assist with special projects to promote efficiency as assigned
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma with demonstrated experience required
• 1-3 years billing and collection services or equivalent experience preferred
