About this role
Role Overview
- Supervise and lead a team of 16 professionals, including 10 collectors focused on daily collections;
- Reconcile and analyze financial results and monitor accounts receivable;
- Oversee and lead strategic projects in the department;
- Monitor credit limit management for active customers;
- Manage the contract with the external company responsible for bank reconciliation;
- Foster a motivating work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Advanced skills in financial analysis and interpretation of reports;
- Experience with SAP ERP;
- Advanced Excel;
- Knowledge of process automation and KPI implementation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- English proficiency is a plus.
