Responsible for the support of company applications, serving as a business and delivery liaison between internal and external customers.
Manages cross functional planning and project teams in the establishment, design and implementation of new or revised systems and programs.
Provides leadership and direction to a team of Business Analysts, providing timely and insightful direction and coaching on roles, responsibilities, business strategy, and customer-driven culture expectations.
Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with both senior and operating level business leaders across the organization, customers and vendors.
Acts as the point of contact for escalated department/team issues and facilitate the prioritization process.
Ensures technology initiatives align with business goals, drives digital transformation, and leads change management efforts across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
7-10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing teams in a dynamic environment, including teams performing Business Analyst functions.
Advanced understanding of IT applications and technologies.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools, as well as modern IT delivery practices.
Experience with AI-driven solutions (ChatGPT, RPA, predictive analytics) and integrating automation.
Experience with Business Analyst and Underwriting.
