Training Specialist

Role Overview

• Consult with business units/customers regarding employee capabilities and learning requirements
• Utilize a variety of media to develop and/or deliver training solutions
• Advise business partners in determining appropriate instructional goals and objectives
• Select and/or develop appropriate instructional strategies using blended solutions
• Build and deliver programs/curriculum utilizing various media
• Design and deliver workshops and seminars
• Lead planning, analysis, design, development, deployment and evaluation processes of learning materials
• Conduct demonstrations and facilitate use of interactive materials for employees and customers
• Gather and analyze customer feedback and program evaluations to modify content

Requirements

• Bachelor US degree or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of work-related experience
• Preferably including classroom experience
• Ability to effectively work in and lead projects in a team environment
• Excellent communication and demonstrated project management skills
• Excellent presentation and customer relation skills
