Responsible for business development and obtaining profitable deposit business within the Homeowners Association industry vertical market
Cultivate relationships, provide superior Bank image in the industry and expand relationships by cross selling appropriate Bank products and services
Perform detailed sales and account management tracking using approved sales tracking system
Work with executive leadership to develop appropriate sales responses to RFPs and client proposals
Prepare pricing proformas and profilers when necessary
Prepare and obtain executed service agreements and supporting documents for each new client
Work collaboratively with onboarding team to ensure exceptional customer experience
Actively participate in any required corporate and business line training
Partner with relationship team, when appropriate, to cross sell Bank products and services

Requirements
4-8 years of HOA industry experience working directly with associations and/or property management companies
Homeowner Association sales experience
Excellent industry contacts
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
Self-motivated, independent and goal-driven
Demonstrated and applied professional sales skills, knowledge, and techniques to maximize business opportunities
Strong knowledge of an array of financial products and services and a good knowledge of market sector served
Demonstrated ability to prospect for new associations
Ability to organize and prioritize work while working remotely or with a virtual office
Highschool diploma or equivalent required
