Lead generation via phone, email, social selling (LinkedIn), and marketing campaigns across the DACH region
Initial contact and qualification of inbound leads through structured discovery conversations
Identify key pain points, relevant KPIs, and project parameters
Buying-center analysis: identify relevant stakeholders, their roles, and levels of influence
Accurate CRM documentation of all activities, call outcomes, processes, and stakeholders
Record and maintain opt-ins for targeted marketing (newsletters, campaigns, content)
Create a complete qualification profile for handover to our Sales Managers
Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop our pipeline and outreach strategies

Business-fluent German (C1) and at least B2-level English; additional languages (e.g., French or Arabic) are an advantage
Some proven experience in sales, ideally in cold calling or outbound lead generation
Understanding of processes and challenges in logistics, production, and service environments
High motivation for acquisition, strong drive to build new sales opportunities, and a hunter mentality
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a naturally curious mindset
Resilience and confidence when handling rejection during early outreach
Structured and reliable working style, with strong CRM documentation and process discipline
Fast learner with a strong willingness to grow and build a long-term career in software sales
