Lead generation via phone, e-mail, social selling (LinkedIn) and marketing campaigns across the DACH region
Initial contact and qualification of inbound leads through structured discovery calls
Capture of key pain points, relevant KPIs and project parameters
Buying-centre identification: analyze relevant contacts, roles and influence
Thorough CRM documentation of all activities, call outcomes, processes and stakeholders
Recording and maintenance of opt-ins for targeted marketing (newsletters, campaigns, content)
Create a complete qualification profile for handover to our Sales Managers
Close collaboration with Marketing and Sales to further develop our pipeline and outreach strategies
Requirements
Some initial experience in sales (e.g., internship, student assistant role, comparable practical experience) or experience in logistics, production, or service
Interest in understanding processes in logistics, production and service, identifying gaps and demonstrating how our solutions deliver improvements and real value
Strong motivation for prospecting, resilience and enjoyment in building real opportunities as the first point of contact
A sales attitude characterized by strong communication skills, curiosity and persuasiveness
Willingness to learn, quick grasp of new topics and a clear determination to establish a career in software sales
German at native level and English at B2 level
