About this role
Role Overview
You independently identify potential new customers with a focus on mid-sized companies in the DACH region and develop targeted outreach strategies
You excite prospects about our solutions and address their individual processes and challenges in logistics, production, or field service
Prepare and deliver online presentations as well as customer meetings on site and at our Digital Factory
Analyze existing business processes together with internal experts and develop tailored solution concepts
Produce ROI analyses and proposals and manage the entire sales cycle from needs assessment to closing
Work actively with the customer’s buying center to identify relevant stakeholders and decision-making processes
Maintain and expand long-term customer relationships with a focus on cross
and up-selling
Take ownership of pipeline management and consistently pursue targets
Requirements
Initial exposure to B2B sales, ideally in the context of complex (explainable) software solutions (internships or working-student roles are welcome)
Interest in understanding business processes and improving them with smart software solutions
Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to quickly identify challenges and opportunities in mid-sized companies
Strong, confident, and persuasive communication skills — whether remote or in person
Structured, goal-oriented working style with a focus on measurable sales results
Excellent German skills (C2/native) and good English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to approx. 10%) within the DACH region
