Closing enterprise opportunities: You will own and close high-value deals across the DACH region and become a trusted advisor for General Counsel, Legal Ops, Procurement, Sales, and Compliance leaders
Consultative selling: You will run a structured, consultative process—from discovery and qualification through solution design and stakeholder mapping to business case development, security/procurement review, negotiation, and closing
From need to value: You will translate customer needs into concrete business value
Strategic planning: You will create and execute strategic account plans, including market mapping, multithreading, and expansion strategies (land & expand)
Compelling demos: You will lead product demos and executive-level conversations
Cross-functional collaboration: You will work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and the leadership team
Pipeline discipline: You will ensure accurate forecasting and a disciplined pipeline through high-quality CRM hygiene
Travel readiness: Regular travel within the DACH region for key meetings and events
Requirements
Fluent spoken and written German and English
More than 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the enterprise segment (typical ACV €50k–€150k+)
Proven track record of closing complex multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
Strong consultative selling skills: uncovering pain points, quantifying impact, building value cases, and driving decision processes
Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders (GC, CFO, CISO, Head of Procurement/Sales) with excellent presentation and communication skills
Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
